Mark stripped out walls, ceiling and floor of our old shower room as well as carrying out all the new plumbing and installations with great skill. His workmanship is meticulous, he listened carefully to our wishes and was a friendly and courteous person to have around. Called in Mark as no heating or hot water. He came out that day, diagnosed issue, came back next day.  He fixed boiler. Marc kept us informed each step of repair. He is very polite, very skilled He wa impressive in quality of work, way he carried out job, he was mist reasonable on price too. Can't fault him and will use him in future. I can't recommend Safe Heating & Plumbing enough! Excellent service. I was in a bad spot where another plumbing company had completely botched the installation of my new radiators and I called Safe Heating & Plumbing to see if it could be salvaged. Mark was able to perform a rescue job, repair everything and install everything correctly. Since then, I've also had Mark fix my boiler and he is the only plumber I call now. Mark and his team installed an Air Source Heat Pump system including radiators which we qualified for as part of several energy saving improvements including solar panels and loft insulation. He always kept us informed each step of the process. He is clearly knowledgeable about this fairly new type of product and was keen to hear how we were getting on with the new system, particularly in relation to affordability.  He took the time to demonstrate the controls and made sure the settings that work for our property were input into the controller.  Throughout the installation the lads were courteous and respectful of our home.
