5. Payments

6. Guarantees & Liability

We take care to carry out all work to a high professional standard. Any guarantees provided apply only to the specific work completed and do not cover faults caused by misuse, existing system issues, or third-party interference.

Safe Heating, Plumbing & Drainage will not be held liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.


7. Cancellations

We ask that customers provide reasonable notice if an appointment needs to be cancelled or rearranged. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a call-out charge.
